PSP Rhythm v7.0

We haven't heard much about PSP Rhythm lately, and for some time now, we thought they lost their beat. But if there's one thing you should know about homebrew developers, it's that even if they said they'd retire from the homebrew scene, they'd eventually come running back to it.

We were surprised today when we got trumpeted by another update: PSP Rhythm v7.0. The homebrew audio sequencer and re-mixer for the PSP is back. For those who need a bit of enlightenment on what this application does, it's a music workstation that has features of playback and manipulation of samples, audio effects, and a song re-arranger. You'd be able to take some audio samples, do whatever you wish with them, and record your own songs.

Major Improvements for version 7.0:
  • Wave Table Synthesizer (with user defined oscillator)
  • Sample Volume Envelope
  • Improved Audio Engine
  • Song files have replaced bank files
  • Improved file user interface
Both of the archives below include some quick setup guides on how to install the homebrew, so make sure you check out the readme before anything else.

   by GamefreQ (Unregistered) - 2006-12-22
 » no

No it does not work for 3.0 and above. Also, in the readme it says that there is no 2.80 eloader :| Stupid devs update their software but don't update their readme's.

 » YES!!!!!!!!!!

I swear these guys are gonna be DJ's. I can't make rhthm worth crap. The only reason I donwload this is to see what great rhythms these guys have made. I swear I save the songs to my music folder and listen to them for awhile. I love these. If they would just make a whole folder of their techno I would download it. Sorry I am a huge fan/nerd :)

 » O and

IDK this guys got the right track with the rhythm next time lose the voice thats the only thing that screwed it up. Great job myspace dude. How do you make it like the old one. You remember cause on this one all I can get it to do is play the same beat but I can cut it certain parts off and on.
