PSP homebrew developer lbicelyne has released another update for the CPS1, CPS2, CPS3, and NeoGeo emulator for the Sony PSP. Here's the changelog for version 11p3:

• You can configure the global key/configure set value now. Just refer to fba4psp.ini in file FBA4PSP.rar
• Update game drivers to the latest version of FBA. Some game runs better now. A few new drivers are added in.
• Fixed Save/Load bug. You can save/load as you wish in most games.
• Some other small changes.

The developer also reminds those who use this emulator that returning to the menu has been remapped to R + Select instead of the L-button configuration in earlier releases. This version also does not work properly under the 1.5 kernel mode.
