Homebrew developer Art has released the final version of Fractal Universe, a fractal explorer that supports both Mandelbot and Julia sets. It features an overlay viewfinder window which was implemented in version 3 that lets you zoom into any particular spot in the image. The final version of Fractal Universe now features a color cycling mode. I hope you enjoy the final release and hopefully this won't be the last of Art for the PSP community.
