We've come across another homebrew PSP emulator project for PC. This one's simply called Sam and it's being developed by Actarus. Actarus didn't elaborate on what's new in this release aside from mention new VFPU opcodes and assorted fixes and additions. There's a note on the dev's site though asking for input and assistance on IO ports. Sam's developer also released the source code for the PSP emulator. If you wanna look over the app's code and see if you can help Actarus out, download it below. Sam v1.0.0.2 has been tested on Windows 95, 98, Me, XP, and Vista + OpenGL.
