It's pretty hard keeping track of various prices for storage devices; they change almost every week, if you've noticed. Previously, Amazon had some deals up for SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo cards, but today there's some bit of good news... and bad news.

Last week, 8GB SanDisk memsticks went for US$ 45 while the 4GB card sold for US$23. This week, the prices have changed.

• Good news: 4GB memstick now at US$ 19 (about 4 bucks cheaper than last week)
• Bad news: 8GB memstick now at US$ 53 (about 8 bucks more expensive)

If you waited for the 8GB memstick's price to go down this week, tough luck. Maybe we'll see a price cut by next week, but for now, that's how the ball rolls.
