PSP phone dialer v0.01 - Image 1It's been a while since his last update, but it looks like dragula96's back with us for another year of PSP homebrew coding.

The developer recently dropped by the QJ.Net PSP Development Forums to announce the release of PSP Phone Dialer v0.01. This application allows users to dial from their PSP to a nearby phone.

PSP Dialer achieves this by storing your digits, which the handheld then activates off as touch tone sounds that will be picked up by a phone mike held close to its speakers. This application is built for units running on 3.xx firmwares, and should work fine on the Slim.

Full instructions on its use are available in the file bundle's readme. Readers are also encouraged to visit dragula96's thread at the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums to post their feedback regarding the app.

You Have both made DAY GLO BOXES, I'm going to look into this app as there are "Other" tones that let you make long distanc calls for FREE!

I like this, it's about time the olde tyme dayglo box got ported to the modern age.
