That makes as much sense as not voting and then getting upset when the person gets into office. If we get a news tip we always try and thank the submitter.
Login if you are going to constantly criticize, at least that would give you some creditability. Theres no way for the admins to compare your anonymous (aka non-username) with any email submitted tips to validate your complaints.

Glad to see some one was able to do it but I don't see the advantage of it yet since there are no games that even use 3.0 yet. Also if Dark_Alex is able to get 3.02-OE-B to emulate any ps1 game, and I have all the confidence in the world that he can then there won't be any reason for the ps1 download store.
