PSP theme converter: CTF Updater v3

Can't live without personalized themes on your PSP, ey? You'll need this update for CTF Converter then. Well, it was called CTF Converter the other day, but now it's apparently CTF Updater.

This third version of Miriam's theme conversion homebrew app fixes some compatibility issues with regard to some modules, namely vsh/module/SATELITE.PRX and vsh/module/SATELITE.PRY.

Again, since this homebrew is for converting themes to make them suitable for CFW 5.02 GEN-A, it should be obvious that you need that custom firmware installed.

There is no such file as vsh/module/SATELITE.PRY

That was only a suggested file edit that I was using to remove the satelite.prx from being loaded from the ctf in 5.02gen. Miriam choose to rename the file to genelite.prx with this updater.
