PSPMSX: MSX emulator for the PSP v1.2.3 - Image 1PlayStation Portable homebrew developer zx-81 has released a new build for another one of his emulators, PSPMSX, upping the version numbers to 1.2.3. This version is aimed to work out a few kinks in speed and the emulator's settings.

In case you missed the previous releases (particularly version 1.2.1), PSPMSX is a port for the MSX, MSX2, and MSX2 8bit home computer emulator for the PSP. So what's new with PSPMSX version 1.2.3? Here's the changelog for both this version and version 1.2.2:

1.2.3

  • Major speed improvements while using GU render modes
  • Small changes in settings menu and default settings options
1.2.2
  • Add option to increase sound volume
Check out the download below for firmware 1.50, CFW 3.xx, and the source code. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them with zx-81 at the dev's forum at QJ.NET. Enjoy!

Many thanks to SeanPaul223 for the tip!
