Sony PlayStation Portable - Image 1Dark_Moon has released a new build of PSPcw, a homebrew application that lets PlayStation Portable owners write and save documents using their PSPs. PSPcw is still in its public beta form, with today's update bringing it up to version 3.

If you came across our post on PSPcw's public beta 2, you'll remember that in that update, an erase function was added to this homebrew application. For public beta 3, Dark_moon has added the following improvements:

  • Erase button now is R.
  • Using square button , PSPcw will write special C characters.
The download still doesn't include a readme file, so be very careful when installing this application on your PlayStation Portable. Also, Dark_Moon has included the source code for PSPcw in the archive below. According to the developer, those who want to release unofficial versions of PSPcw are welcome to do so.
