We've got good news for those who've got a taste for doodling on the go. Developer Gefa visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announced that PaintMIXER has been updated to version 2.4.0. In case you weren't around during the previous release, this homebrew app enables you to draw and paint on your PSP using an interface very similar to MSPaint. Here are the changes that have been implemented in this new build:

Why does this application even need 333MHz? It's a PAINT application. It doesn't need CPU speed, except maybe for complex filters, but this doesn't seem to have any. 333 just wastes battery power for simple apps, and it annoys me how people just respond to a slow program by clocking up the CPU instead of actually making the code more efficient.
