I don't think that it does... I think the WPA encryption is simply not available for 1.50 users. That being said, I find that running custom firmware does not allow me to connect to WPA encrypted routers if I'm running 1.50 kernel.
If you change the kernal to 3.xx, you should be able to connect to it, but then you wouldn't be able to run homebrew haha..

Wonderful, it works on PS3. I set the resolution to 480x360, which fills the screen of my crappy TV quite well.
But via PS3, there is no playback control, is there?
The framerate seems to be rather low, too. I guess there a balance to be struck between encoding power and suitable bitrate?
