The main difference between Dos for PS2 and Freedom 2 for PSP is of course that we've added new systems like the Farm, and the different things you can do in the village, in the town, as well as the Kitchen, as you've seen.

We've added a lot of content, and while we do have a lot of the same monsters, we've changed up the order in which you encounter the monsters, plus different animations and attacks. So when people see these monsters they may be familiar with, they'll see new attacks and animations and hopefully be surprised. We made it a lot fresher by readjusting things.

Another thing we've adjusted in Freedom 2 is the way you level up your weapons and your armor. There are a lot more steps in-between, instead of having fewer, bigger steps of progression. So without having to wait so many missions in order to level your equipment up, now you can feel more progression.

The reason we changed this upgrade system is because it's on PSP and you're probably playing for shorter periods of time, rather than longer periods of time at home. So if you play in little steps you can do more things with what you get in that time.
