There are many available PSP homebrew applications out there that are Windows compatible. I don't know if it's just me, but I rarely come across Mac compatible ones. So if there are Apple users out here, this one's for you. |

daaang this'll be usefull!
is there any way to use this on a windows or can you like...make a windows version?
this is great! thanks. nice to know they are looking out for us mac users.
Use PSX2PSp formerly known as Simply Popstation GUI. It does all this one does and more.
HAHA!!! MACS are sooo gay!!...
Look who's talking.
mr hanky is
MrHankey is a piece of *****....but hes not gay....macs are gay
Envy is too bad ;)
Good luck with your windows and his viruses...
this was a nice app befor! now it sound great!!!!
and why do ppl just come in here to say mac are gay????????
(i have 1 thing to say to you!!!)(go and get clued up befor you start mouthing off about somthing you abviously dont no crap about!!!) (i use both and mac are alot better 4 multi tasking and power handling!!!)
i still use PC (only 4 games and ripping dvd's NOTHING ELS COZ THAT ALL THER GOOD FOR (but that is for me...my opinion)
SO STOP SLAGGIN they both have there dissadvantages (im not say mac are perfect coz theree not (it's just a computer...but they are very good for handling large amountes of power/app/milti tasking etc!!
anyway
thank you mr app creater i like your app and am very happy for this update!! my bro will b happy coz he dont have a pc so anything to do with PSP PSX was out of the question!!!!!!
THANK YOU Dago watt UR A LIFE LIFE SAVER!!!!!
you can see just how mature all the Windows users are ;)
Well excuse us for having a computer which is more convenient with a lot of features for a lesser price.
Does this one work only on MacOS 10.4? My app doesn't get started. I've got 10.3.9.
Greetz
I found the problem: Prometeus is trying to find libusb-0.1.4.dyld
The only problem is, I'm not sure LibUSB is up to version 0.1.4, and finding data for an OS X version isn't easy, so we may be forced to compile it.
It doesn't work for me either, when double clicked, it just quits..
i'm running 10.4.0
just upgrade to the latest 10.4.8. anyways, THANKS! I hate having to dual boot windows on my iMac just so i can run exes. this will come in handy! please make more like this!
IT DOES WORK I JUST TRYED IT COZ PPL SAID IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!
READ THE READme FILE!!!!!!!
IT TELLS YOU TO 'Download the libusb !'
AND GIVES YOU 2 LINKS!!!!! i used the first link and it gave to a selection of download for panther jaguar tiger (universal binary etc etc
ons that in installed it is 100% OK!!
How to install or use de libusb??
.dax to .iso don´t work´s for me... :(
why cant people just use WINE ?
Because WINE is for linux, dumbass
because wine is *****. having a separate program for linux would be better.....and wouldn't it be even better if we could use something else besides the hot shots 2 game that doesn't require activating through your psp? if this were the case, people who only want to play psx and psp games could then update to the newest version and wouldn't need any kind of homebrew firmware.
Cool i new popstation would come out for mac's eventualy
I still can find a build that is good I try to open it but I get errors and I cant install it can anybody help me
Does anyone know how to convert .img to an .iso file on OS X? The program is quite good, but it seems that it's not working with .img files... I found "ccd2iso", but I don't understand how to install this prog on OS X... :(
Can someone help?
did you download a iso wot a .img extension? simply change the extension to .iso and it will then read it and fully convert it. and to people who dont know how to use it. its simple. convert your iso into a pbp. once that is done take the KEYS.BIN from a game that was already converted then put it together with your pbp in a folder and voiala.
thanks dago^WATT. your the man
Ok for those who haven't got it yet (I had the problem at the beginning)
Use the FIRST link to download USBlib (the second one only downloads an USBlib for 10.4). Go to USBlib and there you can choose between different packs (for 10.2/10.3/10.4). Download it for your MacOS and install it.... et voilà... Prometheus should work greatly.
Then go to PSXtoPSP and choose the ISO file.
If you've got PS1 CDs at your home: Use Toast and make an image. A new file should be created with the ending .toast
Change the ending (.toast) to .iso
et voilà!
Hey Dago watt could you please include a patch (PAL to NTSC). For this one I still have to use the windows popstation.
But great work and thanks a lot!
