Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords trailer

Far from being your run-of-the-mill pen and paper game, Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords (DS, PSP) is a fusion of role-playing and strategy elements along with classic puzzle-based gameplay.


So it's not just a matter of making the pieces fit and deciding which ones go where, it's also about action, strategy, and combat. And as we reported earlier, Puzzle Quest has been dubbed as one of the funkiest game innovations to hit the market because it combines RPG, puzzle, and strategy gameplay.

Europe's D3Publisher has been pretty tight-lipped about this upcoming game so goodies and info are real scarce. But fortunately for us, we now have the trailer for Puzzle Quest: Warlords which gives us a quick-see of what's in store for us once we get our hands on the game. So now all the fights between good and evil will use tetris instead of spell casting and swords.

I know d3 does a lot of great puzzle games but this one is ridiculous.

that it is probably smaller and faster to download as a rom for DS. Real reason: it is such a waste for PSP's superb l33t 3D graphics to do games like these. At least it should be a 3D title like "GTA Puzzle Challenge B-i-atches Ganger Style" or something.. heh.
