Publisher Got Game Entertainment LLC is happy to announce that the PlayStation Portable (PSP) video game Puzzle Scape has finally gone gold and is ready for mass production. The title is actually the first project of developer Farmind Ltd. and will hit retail stores across North America on June 1.

While Puzzle Scape is not one of the more familiar puzzle games today, we are pretty sure that you are familiar with its gameplay. What you do here is arrange blocks of different colors into chains that are popped by 2x2 same-colored blocks.

Each successful explosion yields vibrant background landscapes in four different themes: Cells, Flowers, Machines, and Dream. Imagine now all those trippy colors coupled with electronic music and we're pretty sure that Puzzle Scape has what it takes to capture and hypnotize players.

Anyway, the above mentioned themes contains ten scenes that will produce 40 equally brilliant levels. The title's modes include:

• Architect Mode: Time and goal-oriented play
• Artist Mode: Score-oriented play
• Both single player modes can also go Co-op via wireless connection
• Duel Mode: Two players going toe-to-toe (or thumb-to-thumb) in a given time frame
• Bomb Run: Eight players competing to beat their rivals by destroying a given amount of each of the colored blocks
