Ridge Racers Terminal is a handy tool released by ?J? (better translation anyone?) for Mac OS which lets you save, backup, delete, and control PSP save game data. This could be handy if you accidentally delete save game data, or want to free up space on your memory stick. It also allows you to add comments to each savegame for future referance (thanks passi). It appears this tool will work for all PSP games, so if you are running Mac OS, please let us know your findings in the comments below.
