Yesterday, we posted that there's going to be a Wild Arms title headed for the PSP. But we just got word: it won't be a port. We repeat: Wild Arms XF is. not. a. PORT! To make it clearer, it's going to be an original title and not a remake. [insert high school girl squeal]

Get your ARMS loaded and your golems geared. Media.Vision is developing yet another steampunk, wild-wild-western game for us. Although not much else is known as of now, Wild Arms XF (read as "Cross Fire") has its website up. And look what we're able to pick up?

Make bonds. Spin the threads of fate. Princesses will...

And oh! oh! oh! What's that on top of the title? If you can't read it, click to enlarge! It seems that they're already hinting at what kind of story we could expect. As of now, we can only speculate. And so, speculate we shall... You know the drill! Comment!

» Wild Arms is a great series

I hope this game has a really cool anime FMV at the beginning just like all the others. The only thing I don't like about the Wild Arms series is the town search system which I read they got rid off in Wild Arms 4. And I hope they don't put it in this game and even if they do I will be purchasing the game anyway.

It's kinda sad that when a new game comes out for the PSP, they put in "IT'S NOT A PORT!" and it shocks us all. Here's hoping that it doesn't suck.

I just told Gino D. to he might want to change his pee filled pants. I was just playing though. That article for this game he posted shows that he is way excited and I wanted to add a little humor. I was just wondering because others get away with hatred and profanity posts. I then went on to comment about the original game being great. It brings back good memories thats all.
