Original soundtrack CD cover of Echochrome - Image 1Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. (SCEI) certainly gave everyone a different kind of perspective when it came to puzzle games after it released its mind boggling title sp on the PlayStation 3 (via PSN) and the PlayStation Portable.

Gamers can now experience the same kind of high while listening to the game as SCEI recently approved the production of its original soundtrack. The CD will include 13 tracks with such recognizable hits like "prime #3" and "prime #9973". While they may not be the most original of titles, they'll certainly open your mind with its relaxing tunes.

The original soundtrack CD will be available this May 21 in Japan for a retail price of ¥2,940 (US$ 28.21). There's been no announcement whether local versions will be shipped to other regions, but you always have the option of importing the CD should you feel like mellowing out to the soothing sounds of the Echochrome soundtrack.
