A bunch of people over at the PSPCube forums have reportedly gotten their hands on SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2's patch 1.4 before it has been officially released. The unreleased patch was apparently found on Sony's servers, where it was downloaded and leaked.

The PSPCube team tried various methods of getting the patch to work but so far they have been unsuccessful. The install method for the patch has been giving the team problems, so they have yet to find out exactly what the patch does for the game. Speculation include T-Mobile hotspot support as well as the usual bug fixes and new content.

Zipper Interactive has yet to announce when the patch will officially go live as well as what it contains. You can check out the vid below for a look at the patch. You can also click on the Via link for more info.
