It was revealed that Shin Seiki GPX Cyber Formula VS should be arriving on the PlayStation Portable in Japan this June. Not familiar with this upcoming video game? It's a racing game based on the anime Future GPX Cyber Formula from Sunrise studios.

The game is said to include all the characters in the series. It also has over 100 different parts to tune-up your vehicle, various multiplayer modes via the ad hoc mode, and 7 race courses.

In keeping the game true to the spirit of the series, character designer Takahiro Yoshimatsu and mechanical art director Satoshi Shigeta will be helping out in the development of the game.

There has been no word on whether this game will be released in regions outside Japan. Those who don't want to wait may have to import the game if they want to play it.
