PSP SNES Emulator

Laxer3a has posted the following information about the next version of Snes9xTYL. Snes9xTYL is probably the most advanced Super Nintendo Emulator for the PSP which lets you play SNES homebrew and Roms on your PSP system from your memory stick. On his forums he had the following to say about the next release:

  • Bug fix has been done for the SRAM.
  • Improvement for the frame skip.
  • Complete new menu system.
  • Improvement over the ME handling.
  • Multiplayer
  • Ability to switch between the player on a single console.
  • Text viewer
  • USB support (you dont need anymore to quite the emu to connect to a PC and exchange data on the mem stick)
  • SPC Player.
Thanks for the heads up, Echizen!

 » Release?

No mention of a release date unfortunatly. My gawd... the masses are waiting for this no doubt.... I AM!

Keep it up Yoyofr / Laxer3a / whoever else is involved. To date (I believe) there is only 1 emulator that supports wifi.... SMS. Why there aren't people working on wifi nes, gb, gbc, etc... I'll never know...

Use the D-Pad AND the analog stick at the same time?

Man, don't be such a nagging ***** & be grateful we're gonna get 2 player adhoc soon. Besides what you're asking for is something very small wich you can shortcut your way into a matter of seconds by using the O button in the settings...sheesh!
