A series of Tweets from the Capcom Twitter account has shed some more light on the second mystery title that the company will be unveiling at E3. Actually, it's the only mystery title left as the other one has already been revealed.

OK, here are the facts:
  • Capcom fact # 1: It's NOT Devil May Cry 5
  • Capcom fact # 2: It's an action game
  • Capcom fact # 3: It's from an established Capcom franchise
  • Capcom fact # 4: It's not a remake
  • Capcom fact # 5: It's being developed by Capcom Japan
OK, those are the facts. Now it's time for some wild speculation. Personally, I have just one guess: a new Onimusha.

Please, Capcom?

It makes some sense, really. In my head, at least. We haven't had one this gen yet, plus shooting for the movie just wrapped up a couple of months ago -- well on track for its projected December 2009 release. The movie's a good and profitable way to build up hype, I think. If -- and this is a pretty big if -- Capcom Japan's already been working on the game for a while, we may be seeing it by the end of the year or in early 2010.

Then again, a DMC-style Strider is an equally good bet. What do you guys think?

 » would be nice

with a new onimusha.
however, i'm almost biting off my nails in despair.
if they actionize Onimusha any further than Dawn of Dreams, it could possibly become a huge failure amongst current onimusha-fans.

and when they try to make the games new-comer-friendly, it ussualy becomes the most hated game...

if they were to make it new-comer freindly, they should just tell the story of the earlier onimusha's in intro, rather than changing the spirit if the game.

anyways, whatever it is, i can't wait to see what they will anounce, and i'll jump up and down with joy if it really turns out to be a new Onimusha

A new rockman game would be wonderfull, I'd like an end to Megaman Legends now, MML3 :)

Or MMX10, Zero in HD, that sounds about right.

Uh not to be mean and all but I doubt X10 would even be possible, reason being is there isn't even a X9 yet >.> The last one was X8, Although I really wish its Megaman Legends 3

I hate when douche bags call Megaman "Rockman" yea its his Japanese name but I'm pretty sure a lot of you weeaboo wannabe's aren't in Japan. Stick with Megaman, it makes you look like less of a douche to, me, the guy on the internet who matters.

Anyway, I think it might be either a new Megaman or even (drumroll) Street Fighter 4 : 2nd strike *applause*

Speaking of fighting games. I know I'm not the only one who'd like to see a Powerstone 3, Capcom vs SNK 3 or even maybe Dino Crisis lol
