Final Fantasy II - screenshot - Image 1

Before embarking on any adventure, you must have a guy who speaks beaver. You never know when you'll need to barter with a beaver, right? Well, you're in luck since a guy named Guy in Final Fantasy II speaks beaver. Anyway, we've got a new batch of screens for Final Fantasy I & II: 20th Anniversary Edition.

In these new screenshots of the upcoming PSP remakes from Square Enix, we see more combat stills and more scenery. Interestingly, we see another rain of frogs, er, some character profiles and menu options. Final Fantasy I & II never looked better with the updated graphics. We're sure some older players are just itching to get the titles on their PlayStation Portables.

Anyway, the remakes have been released in Japan, and while we're waiting for our piece of the pie, check out the screenshots.

You can order this game from japan and you can play it in full English! When you start the game off its asks if you want to play in Japanese kana, Japanese or ENGLISH! I have no iclue (like my new word lol) why the release date is so long if its already fully translated but if you despretly want to play it order a frickin import!

 » not a bad game.

I love the final fantasy games, but i have to agree it is better on the original NES, got an imported copy of number 1 and it just feels too easy, where as the nes one seemed to have a challenge to it, maybe it wasn't and it was because i was younger and not very experienced with rpgs.

The game is still fun to play however.
