Given a day since it was revealed, the U.S. version of Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles has gotten quite a lot of limelight already. We've already posted loads of screens, some gameplay footage, and, just a while ago, the trailer itself. Who couldn't resist seeing more footage for this remake! The video is screaming love and hearts (still-beating hearts, that is). |

it's about time that he made a CV game for the PSP. I do love playing it on the DS, but the PSP needs more original games and this is a start.
I believe the title of it is Rondo of Blood... not Rondo of the Night.
recycled content.
why is the world so obsessed with recycled content?
just because it's easy for the game developers, doesn't meant that everybody needs to buy into it.
this game can already be played in 2 different versions on the psp -- the turbografx 16 cd version, and the SNES version.... which personally i think have better graphics because of their nice sprites as opposed to this side scrolling polygonal junk.
if they are going to go through the trouble of creating a new graphics engine, programming the code, creating new 3d artwork, marketing, etc.. why not hire a couple level designers to create an all new game for PSP? i might have a chance of buying it then ...
but at this rate, there is no way i will ever buy this because i've already played it before... TWICE
I bet you'll still play this so called "polygonal junk" and you'll like it.
and its not about the wants of one whiney person its about the wants of many and many want a simple recreation of Rondo of Blood with a fresh look and english translation besides emulators aren't perfect ESPECIALLY the tg12 CD one, child.
I know its tg16 not 12, I caught that, I caught that.
you are kidding playing this game on an emu sucks, and also playing it without understanding japanese sucks even more. And asides from that this version looks 10000 times better than the original one. And Im sure not many people have played it before. When it costs like 100 bucks on ebay it may be saying something dont you think. Of course Im also pretty sure you are a fanboy.
1st of all, LMAO to RonHoward LOL "oh u mad cuz im stylin on u" LOL nice 1, looks like u seen the vid. 2nd, this will prolly make me get a PSP, i been wanting to get a DS for the castlevanias (and others too) but these 2 game combo will make me wanna get a PSP also (and others too, im lookin at u Crisis Core). so yea this is deffinitely a system seller for me
It's so buggy to the point of almost being unplayable. And I do stress almost. I was not a fortunate one to have owned a PC-Engine Super CD-ROM, but a friend did. Playing that game was always one of the coolest import moments of my life. Thats the only reason this game still command 100Mb on my Mem-Stick. Even though it's buggy its still semi-playable.
Anyhow just my 2-cents, and a cry for someone to polish this emulator. If anything just enough to run this game, the only mentionable one(next to Y's I & II).
I'm buying this.
very first game that I will be buying!
He defeated the serpent...but the serpent didn't jump up for one last attack (which is always non-lethal, but will damage enough to affect the health bonus added to the score) before the red orb appeared.
I'll stick with MagicEngine (full licensed copy) for now, and find other things to play on my PSP.
