Gary Dale, ex-Take-Two COO - Image 1Effective immediately, Take-Two Interactive COO Gary Dale is now "former COO" of the company. It was only six months ago that he assumed the position, and now he's cleared his desk and left.

Part of his job description, while with Take-Two, was to be responsible for all of the company's publishing labels and the oversight of sales, expansion and business development. Prior to his move to Take-Two, Dale also held the position of COO with Rockstar Games.

No reason was given behind his departure, but we do know that his employment with Take-Two was to run until April 15, 2009.

So he was planning on leaving in after less than a year anyway? That's weird in itself.
