More news on Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 as Namco Bandai reveals two new character classes, and the spaceship, Van Eltia. Would be more interesting if only we can read Japanese, but well, we still have the visuals.

This first one is in the spaceship, Van Eltia, which comes with a shop. It looks like things are gonna get pricey, since you have a lot of characters to supply with gear, just like in Suikoden, though it's nowhere near 108. Four characters with different classes can be a bit expensive all the same.

If you do decide to gear your team up, here's what you'll get - you'll be making short work of every unfortunate creature than you can fight. Those poor things are gonna get hacked and slashed even before you can figure out what kind of attacks they have.

In this last vid, the magicians show exactly why knowledge is power. Enemies couldn't even come close since they're bombarded with spells before they can reach your heroes. Lucky for these mages, those baddies don't come with fast attacks and silence spells.

The more I write about it, the more i want to play the game. It's not as serious, like say, a Final Fantasy title, but it's fun all the same. Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 is a simple, light RPG with engaging gameplay, and it might be worth shelling out a bit for. FOlkd in Japan will be getting it on the 29th of January, 2009.
