this is pointless umdemu .8c emulates most 2.6 games
@Frankly, I don't care about ISO Loaders; I use my PSP mostly/only for homebrew. But I do know that there is another side to the PSP homebrew scene, and I know most of them will be happy after reading this. We will keep you guys updated on any info 0okm releases. Stay tuned!@
Really, you should care bout iso loaders as much as homebrew..both. TSK TSK!
This has been the best couple of months for the homebrew scene. If he can access kernel....omg. Is there anything that these guys cant do?

This also creats a door for better homebrew solutions on 2.6!
hey #2... UMDEmulator is used on 1.5. This is used on 2.6, meaning that we may soon have an ISO loader for anyone on firmware 2.6!
ye, good job 0okm , but WTF is the picture all about???!!
That pic is on every one of 0Okm's news articles...
But, that's amazing for people who have a TA-082. Good luck.
Im 10nth poster!!!!!
I don't have 2.6 anymore so I'm someone pissed at myself ...
*sobs*
Good for TA-082 peeps that cant downgrade i suppose. More kernal brew.
Seriously, what's the point if you can just downgrade your 2.6 PSP and use DevHook? Or am I missing something here?
15 post and this rocks.
I have a TA082 and I looking very closely at this
Please make this work for 2.6 with TA-082
I want to play ISO.
@13
Fort people with ta-082 motherboard psp , who can't downgrade, this will be a blessing.
Just because it is 2.6 fw doesnt mean TA=082 compatibility. Correct me if i'm wrong, but last post about accessing kernel mode on TA-082 was with oomkn's personal hardware modification, OR with the unpatched GTA:LCS umd. If this is purely software then we have reason to be VERY excited, but until then I am thinking this is most likely a hardware acheivement.
Wow...i'm supprised...you guys used to NEVER show news about ISO Emulation (even tho it's probably more legal than NES emulators...being that no one PROBABLY has a LEGAL way to back up their own NES roms...but that's another story alltogether...I guess devhook changed you guy's mind about this subject being "news"...
well, thanks 0okm, just opening the door to even more piracy....
well, im ready for the psp to fall through by the end of this year at the rate tht the fu*king pirates at downloading games and destroying companies. If only police could find them all really easily......
Cool, this will be *****ing amazing when it gets to full emulation. This is a big deal. Its a very big deal. I may upgrade if this works fully.
all ta mobo's do is block downgrading,
so this is teh sex0r.
#20. why would you upgrade when you could just emulate 2.6 in devhook and use it if you really want to. not that it is at all neccessary for anyone on 1.5. this is really for the people with ta082s that can not downgrade.
so good work Ookm i hope to hear more.
2 not pointless, it IS for 2.6, not to emulate 2.6 games
8 Looks like a plate from evangelion. Maybe 0okm made it
13 Some people cant downgrade.
Problem here is 0okm has his own modchip, so unless he finds a way to "install" this on 2.6 psp, ppl are going to need a modchip. But this is 0okm, he'll find a way hopefully :D
So this means we can run .iso's on TA-082 PSP's without needing to downgrade or use any hardware chip?
Fantastic 0okm! :D
What you are thinking of is downgrading not kernel.
Um..no. Ta-082 has full read/write access. And, yes it CAN have kernel but somebody has to be willing to code - and know how to. It can be done by patching the ram, creating a custom prx, etc.
wow now I'm in love... with a plate lol!
OH, and for the topic, I don't care, I mean, they should just try to emulate 2.8 on devhook for 1.5, that's all!
The plate is Adam from Evangelion... I think.
It's one more reason I can call my bro a retard (He upgraded to 2.71 literally days before the 2.6 downater came out . . .)
So is this only accessible via the eboot loader, or have I missed something?
this will be very useful to all the ta-082 users like me but what will happen to us when we requier 2.7 to play games like the up comming slient hill?
