Seriously, it would take about 15 seconds to improve that translation so that it doesn't ruin the whole article.
* Download it
* Unzip to the root of ms0
* Edit the file VSH.txt in SEPLUGINS and add this line: ms0:/seplugins/usbxmb.prx
* Enter recovery mode and go to plugins
* Activate the plugin named usbxmb.prx
* Voila, the prx is installed
i havent tried and i probably wont yet.
coz i have tons of questions and or requests about this PRX.
ok it is cool but we still need few more enhancements.
i mean something like, auto charge my psp slim everytime i connect the USB cable, the psp wont recharge unless we use USB which will render our psp unusable. and psp should also charge even when playing a game. and last but not the least, keep the psp battery at 100 percent while connected, the stupid USB charging funcionality on the XMB is dumb, it stop when full, Good? yes but if you forgot to attend to your psp and remove it the psp will be on standby and drain your battery all the way to ZERO!
so much for doing away with the power adapter.
Is there any true point to this other than to waste processing power? When I read the title I laughed my pants off.. seriously. Maybe if it were USB mode from a game or application but from the xmb?? Pretty nifty eh? Pretty pointless I say..
Agreed.....
What's the point?????
OMG OMG OMG
What does it do???
Nothing good I say
If a program already foes this, what is the point - um USB mode from sony psp xmb? Are you that lazy that you can't click the icon - JK - lol!
Sony Should of thought of having a auto detect USB.
NAHHH that's for lazy facks
It does serve a purpose. It is annoying to have to go to USB Connection to go into USB mode. The article fails to mention that the USB connection is enabled and disabled with L and R and that the connection isn't just 'always on'. Not to mention that you can't be sending things to/from the PSP in the background. Unfortunately for the dev, the CFE plugin can already do this.
So it's still pointless...
i don't get how to activate it.
L+note to turn on
R+note to turn off
Tested and working on 3.90 m33-2. I think I'll probably keep it, it is a pain in the ass to have to go to the usb icon all the time.
Remember the CFE (Custom Firmware Extender) ?
Well yeah whatever version of it if U activate in the M33 Recovery Menu, then u juat have to press note and HOME or something likr that , u have USB conection in the WHole XBM,
Ok the only difference is this one is activate all the time since u activate using the M33 Recovery.
Lol is just, like so, I don't know not necesary...
But is done and is ok... I think...
lol
PSPMAN90
