Finally, Zack's PSP port of id Software's Wolfenstein 3D has hit the big five-point-oh. The crashing bugs are now gone, so FPS fans can really get into the game without having to worry about hard resets. There's also a cool new TV Out feature to complement the port's Fullscreen mode. Here's the full changelog for Wolfenstein 3D v5.0:

I read it twice.
The only thing which comes close is
"Q. When first loading up Wolfenstein3d, I%u2019m booted to the XMB shortly thereafter, why?"
But the answer says:
"Only the shareware files are bundled with the download, meaning you can play the trial version of the game (Wolf3D_S) out of the box only."
Means I should be able to play at least both shareware versions. But after selecting one of them I just get 80010002.

Was always there.
But it doesn't really matter since the slim has only one kernel anyway, does it?

@triac
The gameloader uses fixed paths so yeah it has to be there.
If it still doesnt work for you something is drastically wrong or missing at your end buddy. Works for everyone else :)
Best of luck!

Fixed paths? Thats the reason.
I always give homebrew directories proper names.
So I just renamed Wolf_3D to Wolfenstein 3D.

» no file browser..
If you want more flexibility then don't use the file browser. I don't need access to the shareware so I only extract what I want from the "files" folder and launch them separately from the XMB.
