XviD4PSP 5.027 RC7 - improved PMP format encoding, aspects logic - Image 1Homebrew developer Winnydows has just released a quick update for the PlayStation Portable video converter application XviD4PSP. The last full build, 5.025 RC5, went live back in November and there have been a lot of changes since then.

This release, dubbed as 5.027 RC7, is only valid for the full version of XviD4PSP 5.025 RC5. The changelog for the update are as follows:

  • XviD4PSP 5.027 RC7
    • Fixed encoding some files to PMP format.
    • Rewritten and fixed a little resolution change and aspects logic.
  • XviD4PSP 5.027 RC6
    • Added support link.
    • Fixed TDecimate not found.
  • XviD4PSP 5.027
    • Interlacing settings.
    • A lot of different de-interlace methods.
    • Options for control auto de-interlacing.
    • New safe interlace detection engine.
    • Framerate windows combined with interlace window.
    • Framerate errors must be fixed.
    • Tuned aspect detection.
    • Fixed resolution change.
    • Fixed TTF order set.
    • Returned AVI Hardware HD.
    • 3GP lowed to lowest x264 and XviD settings for phone compatibility.
