Aquaman is just one of many unlockable characters in Justice League Heroes, the action adventure that will hit current-gen consoles as well as PSP and DS this Fall. The game is voiced by an impressive cast, including Ron Perlman (Hellboy, Blade II, Justice League TV series) as Batman, Michael Jai White (Spawn, Spawn: The Animation) as Green Lantern; Crispin Freeman (Viewtiful Joe, Kingdom Hearts II) as Superman, and many more recognizable names. In Justice League Heroes, players will be able to customize and master the super powers of many popular comic book heroes in a RPG-style fashion as they fight in destructible environments spanning many locations of the universe. The game will include cooperative modes, countless numbers of enemies and a compelling story. Looking at these screens, Justice League Heroes seems to be shaping up as another great comic book adaption. See more screens after the jump! Pre-Order: [Justice League Heroes PSP] |

Namco Bandai today announced that its PSP version of the long-running motorcycle racing series MotoGP has finally gone gold and will be hitting stores on September 26. This marks the first (and hopefully not the last) time the popular motor sports game hits a handheld console. Aside from customized controls and graphics, this new installment brings with it a host of new features exclusively for the PSP. There's a new 2005 roster, unlockable rewards, and a wireless multiplayer mode that allows up to eight players to race against each other. Drivers in MotoGP for the PSP include Valentino Rossi, Marco Melandri, Nicky Hayden, Troy Bayliss, Carlos Checa, Alex Barros, Shinya Nakano and others. Also, various additional game modes, riders, movies and more can be unlocked by completing certain challenges. This way, the game should provide hundreds of fun gaming hours and make itself a position on the already impressively big shelf of good PSP racing games. MotoGP is released next Tuesday, so if you'll be buying it, feel free to leave your thoughts either in the comments section or in the forums. |

We've speculated about it before, now it's officially confirmed: Popular web-based mini game collection Bliss Island is headed to the Playstation Portable in a dedicated, extended version. Published by Codemasters and developed by Pompom Software, Bliss Island takes players into a tropical paradise where they juggle, race, attack, defend, and direct a collection of cute characters through a series of mini-games. All these mini games are based on one unique control method where kinetic objects need to be kept moving by utilizing the power of Hoshi the Zwooph. Hoshi is a cute blue critter with a special power: He can project air puffs from his long trunk. Players control Hoshi with the analog stick and an action button. A wide variety of challenges will be offered on Bliss Island. The game has a vibrant and friendly visual style as well as a host of interesting, cute characters to play with. A total of 80 challenges, with names like Fruit Slam Dunk, Fluffy Mayhem, and Brick Invaders, will be offered. WiFi multiplayer features will be included to make it even more fun. Codemasters currently has Bliss Island scheduled for a release this Winter - check for more coverage soon. Meanwhile, enjoy the screens! |

As the development on the Family Guy
is coming to a close with its release this Fall, more screenshots have
been revealed to show off how good this game will actually be. Besides
heading to the PSP, Family Guy
will also be released for the Xbox and PS2, which explains the aspect
ratio of the screenshots. But looking at these simple yet charming
visuals, we have no doubts that the PSP version will almost look
identical. More screens await after the jump! |

Namco Bandai has updated the website of their upcoming RPG Tales Of The World for the PSP. The site shows the four classes that will be available in the game for the player's character, and these screens show them in action. Players get to choose an axe-wielding, slow but powerful warrior; a thief-like class that can steal items from the enemy and do lots of fast, consecutive attacks; a mage whose strength lie in recovery and status strengthening; and finally a skillful, swift fighter who heavily relies on different attack techniques. According to previews, Tales Of The World is going to be a very dungeon-heavy game with lots of battles, so it makes sense to choose the class for your character that really suits you the best. Sadly, we don't know yet if Tales Of The World is going to reach North American shores, but we'll make sure to tell you once we do. Until then, enjoy our regular coverage on the game. |

In addition to the great gameplay videos posted earlier today, we have a ton of new screens from Killzone Liberation. While the original Killzone for the PS2 wasn't all that hot, Liberation could very well turn out as one of the best titles to grace the PSP's games library. But it's not only the graphics Liberation has going for it; with aspects such as the Tactical Combat system, the gameplay will be deeper than the simple top-down perspective suggests. Killzone: Liberation is scheduled for a "Autumn 2006" release, so it won't be that long anymore until you can get your hands on this fine game. More screens after the jump! |

Vice City Stories is still weeks away, especially considering the recent delay, but these new screens show that it's worth the wait. Rockstar already proved that they're able to put out some serious handheld goodness with Liberty City Stories and - although they'll never be able to silence the critics who're claiming Vice City Stories is just another rehash - with a completely new character cast, a new story, new missions and tons of additions, Vice City Stories is undoubtedly going to turn out as a great experience on par with all the other GTA games. |

Well well, it's been a while since we've last heard of Myst for the PSP. It was previously delayed to allow for more quality control, and now we're looking at a release this month. Even if you're not familiar with adventures, you should've heard about Myst. It may not look as great today, but when the game was released in 1993 for the Mac and one year later for the PC, it was a groundbreaking experience. Myst eventually became the best selling computer game for a long time, at least until the Sims madness started. In my opinion, the game still holds up well today and we're looking forward to experiencing it again on the go when it's released for the PSP. Check for more screens after the jump! |

With a little delay, Sony is now shipping out the new Memory Stick Entertainment Packs we've reported earlier. They come in 1GB or 2GB sizes, together with a launcher DVD. You'll use an unlock code to transfer the movies contained on the DVD to your PSP. In the newest edition of the Memory Stick Entertainment Packs, four movies are included - "S.W.A.T.", "XXX: State Of The Union", "The Grudge", and "Hitch". The 1GB pack is going to cost you $47, while the 2GB one retails at $77. The packs are also usable with other devices utilizing the Memory Stick format - Sony's digital cameras, camcorders, and Sony Ericsson phones. It's likely that Sony will release even more Entertainment Packs in the future, albeit their price point is of course debatable. Still, you can't complain about having more variety available when it comes to PSP software. |

We've dug up some new screens for Guilty Gear Judgment, the newest installation in the Guilty Gear series. The game, which - along with a new gameplay - comes with Guilty Gear X2 #Reload, has been released in Japan last August and has just been made available in the U.S. this month. In addition to the fast-paced, classic arcade beat 'em up gameplay of the original, Judgment adds a new mode that has players fighting their way through hordes of enemies in a side-scrolling adventure. Both parts of the game will also offer wireless multiplayer modes for two players, so that's something to watch out for. For more Guilty Gear updates, stay tuned here at QJ. |
