The lucky folks at the UK Official PlayStation Mag got first dibs on Hideo Kojima's masterpiece, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. And guess what? The game got a perfect 10. Aside from MGS4, the magazine also dished out review scores for other games on the PS3, PSP, and PS2 platforms. That and more in the full article.

January and February were Sony months so to speak, as the PlayStation 3 outsold the Xbox 360 for both periods. The record was broken when the March sales figures were published by the NPD, but industry analyst Michael Pachter believes that the PS3 will prove to shine once again in April. Two months ago, Kratos made his first appearance on the PSP in God of War: Chains of Olympus. Unfortunately, it might also be his last. In a recent interview, Ready at Dawn's creative director remarked that the studio probably won't be developing games for the PSP in the near future. The PSP's on a pretty solid sales streak in Japan. It's been selling more than any other platform in the region since it landed on top last March 16. Sales seem to have plateaued a bit, but it's still leading strong. Another thing of note: ever since January, the PSP has already sold more then the Wii. More in the full article.
