It's another Thursday, and that means European gamers have something new to celebrate about as Sony delivers yet another set of updates to its PlayStation Store. This week sees another set of shoot 'em up titles with Activision's Enemy Territory Quake Wars walking hand-in-hand with Southpeak Interactive's Monster Madness: Grave Danger. While previous Ape Escape games had you chasing after monkeys with glowing hats, Sony Computer Entertainment America(SCEA)'s Ape Quest has you playing as none other than one of the hairy critters, sent on an epic quest of JRPG proportions. SCEA's Ape Quest was a surprise when it had a sneaky launch on the PlayStation Store. This game is an addition to the growing number of titles under the Ape Escape franchise. Ape Quest - also known as Ape Escape: The Record of Piposaru War - is a combination of RPG elements and mini-games. Both of which can be seen from the screenshots that we got from IGN.

The official website just got launched, and in it are a couple of screenshots showing (what seems to be) some real-time action-RPG gameplay elements mixed into this new quirky title from Cero.
