Boys and girls, listen up! It's time to stock up on DS and PSP Games
because Circuit City is having an early summer sale for all the
videogame junkies out there. A bunch of games are listed on sale for
only $8.96. You're not dreaming and that's no typo! But before you zoom
your way to the nearest Circuit City, please remember that not all
stores will have all these games in stock. Also, don't be surprised if
some stores put them aside for now, because technically, the sale
doesn't start until the week of July 4. Oh, by the way, as it turns
out, the sale also covers titles for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, and
Gameboy Advance. Here's the list of PSP and DS Games for the Circuit City $8.96 summer sale taken from Cheap Ass Gamer. ![]() "Darkstalkers Chronicle is probably the best portable fighting game ever made. Beautifully drawn 2D artwork and animation looks gorgeous on the PSP; big roster of interesting, imaginative fighters; wireless multiplayer modes." That, in a nutshell, is how Gamespot editor Greg Kasavin feels about it. Enuff said. Just a little backgrounder: Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower ($29.95) features five different modes where players must defeat numerous CPU-controlled characters. The Training Mode allows gamers to choose the character they want and brush up on their battle skills. The Network Mode is where friends can vent their frustration on each other by engaging in two different wireless head-to-head networked battles. In the newly added Tower Mode, three characters are chosen from the vast lineup and make their way to the top of the mysterious tower. And it's not to have tea with the Queen of England! The bloody path and fighting conditions change dynamically based on performance during the one-on-one battles at every turn. |
