psp galaxy mag

Some things just refuse to die, says the team behind PSP Galaxy magazine. Actually, good things are kinda hard to kill. If you're a PSP Galaxy fan, take heart. The magazine is alive, kicking and has just released their 15th issue. In this latest issue of PSP Galaxy magazine, you can read up on the following:

PSP Galaxy Issue No.15 is also the first issue for the magazine's new graphic designer Evilution. We've seen his work and he's pretty good. Why would any one kill such a great magazine in the first place, anyway?

Gangs ought to get along, and not fight.Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war! So says QJ as we bring out two more trailers for Sony's Gangs of London: one for the Water Dragon triad, and another for the EC2 Crew.

Both gangs are out for blood and domination. On the side of the Water Dragons, they've got one exceedingly gory trailer, featuring a guy with a meat cleaver, a body, a sack, and something burning. It's not exactly fun to imagine, but well, it's definitely an attention grabber. The EC2 Crew is just as brutal, with some sledgehammer gameplay action, and another corpse made from the business edge of a knife.

Don't say we didn't warn you. These dogs are exceedingly nasty. Just remember that these videos aren't safe for work, if only because you'll gross out your boss by the way people are killed in each trailer.

GoL

No, no... It's "London," not "Langdon." There's a big difference, but when you think about it, in the same sense that Robert Langdon of "The Da Vinci Code" gets involved with secret societies, Gangs of London (just released today!) allows you to actually join one. And you're going to be able to choose one of the gangs, with each one of them having their own skills and backstories.

The basic goal for any gang is to earn a better reputation than the others. You assume the role of a leader, and you must gain more territory and a wider network than the others. Today, we've got a video revolving around the Zakharov Gang. For the Russian mob spearheaded by Vladislav Zakharov, they pass off as a shipping company, but in all actuality, they're doing some racket business in Lambeth and Westminster.

The trailer will hint more of the Zakharov story, so you guys might want to check that out (if you haven't bought the game yet, that is).

Subculture dominates the gang-populated streets of London. Basically, you have to take a really neat inspection at each gang to find out how they play, what their skills are, and what weapons they tote. The entire story changes depending on the gang you choose to play. For example, Jamaicans, Russians, Chinese, British, and Pakistanis have both the hand-to-hand and vehicle skills. Some gangs have good power and stamina, while others can drive with excellent speed and direction. In this Gangs of London update, we give you a bit of info about the Zakharov Organization and the EC2 Crew.

Headed by Vladislav Zakharov, the Zakharov Organization poses as a Russian shipping company. In truth, it has been a major player doing racket business in Westminster and Lambeth for years. Zakharov, who was an ex-Russian Mafia gangster, has then invited other Russians to come to London and build up a network of criminals.

The EC2 Crew, headed by Mason Grant, is one of the deadliest gangs at large in London. The gang is known for its violent retaliation against its enemies. Most of the members are Jamaican and have learned their mobster skills on the streets of Kingston. Initially, the gang's turf is quite small but its territory is expanding past the EC2 postcode area.

Gangs of London will be released on October 3 in the U.S.

Well, let's cut to the chase. Sony's got this "viral ad" for Gangs of London, and there's a ton of peeing involved. On an expensive car.

Why? Because the gangs are "marking their territory." What that has to do with an action game, we have no clue, but if there's a pissing minigame hidden in the code, you can be sure someone's going to get sued. At least we now have definitive proof that all men are dogs, in the form of this wonderfully tasteless video. And by tasteless, we're referring to the ad, and not the wee...

Here's the vid as uploaded by intrepid fellows from YouTube. See if it fits your idea of tasteful advertising, and come back with a comment later. This writer needs to go to a bathroom now.

PSP Show 18!

Since that news about the whole 2.8 exploit, including the whole "Hello World" business, things have been moving pretty swiftly in the land of the PSP. Luckily, there's The PSP Show to talk about what's happening now.

For episode 18, they'll be talking about the Firmware 2.8 exploit, the loss of GT4 mobile, Ving Rhames' role in Vice City Stories, and a lot about Gangs of London.

You can also pick up the podcast by putting "psp.thepodcastnetwork.com/feed" on your PSP browser and accepting the RSS feed for it. Anyways, this episode is 10 minutes or so in length, so don't mind the download time so much. Enjoy!

Thanks to Dionysus for the heads-up!
