On Friday of last week, Squeenix released their latest sales figures
via a PDF on their website.Their best cash cow so far: Crisis Core
for the PSP had sold just shy of two million units worldwide since
release day. This comes as little surprise given that Crisis Core was ranked the second best selling PSP game the month it was released in North America. More on this and the performance of other Squeenix titles in the full article. |

Now that Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII successfully made its way to Sony PlayStation Portable owners, it's difficult to tell if Square Enix would milk the classic Final Fantasy VII further. Looks like another spin-off is not a farfetched idea, and we might even actually get a remake. Take it from the Squeenix producers themselves - details are at the full article. |

There were big expectations for Square Enix's Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, but the game launched on the PSP and did justice to its immortal predecessor. The game racked up good reviews and nice sales, leading some to wonder if it would have been wise to release it on the Nintendo DS as well. Square Enix's main men answer that query in the full article after the jump. |
