doubleTwists' creation allows users to synchronize media from their computers to mobile devices by simply dragging and dropping the media files into a desktop folder then then instantly copies it onto various mobile devices through the internet.

Here are the gadgets which can utilize this new program: Sony's PSP, Nokia's multimedia N-series phone line, Sony Ericsson's Walkman and Cybershop lines, LG's Viewty, and Microsoft's Windows Mobile smartphones such as Palm's Treo and HTC models.

Users can share the media they own with specific friends. Through the company's latest offering, it is possible to create playlists that mix songs from Apple's iTunes on non-Apple device.

Also, if you're thinking that this is a form of piracy, think again. The people from doubleTwist have found a legal way that won't be ushering any unwanted problems like the ones experienced before by Napster.
