fmsxPSP v3.3.25 screenshot - Image 1Got that taste for old-school gaming on your PSP? Developer uberjack has just announce the latest build of the fMSX-PSP emulator.

This application, in case you're wondering is a PSP-based port of the fMSX v3.1 emulator for Microsoft's MSX standardized home computer architecture from the 80s. Version 3.3.25 apparently carries just one major tweak:

  • This update adds the ability to write changes to (uncompressed) disk images (see section on Disk Writing in the documentation for details and warnings).

you may want to read the wiki there dude, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MSX lots of companies made msx hardware (including $ony) however it was micro$oft who decided the hardware/software standards (i.e. their idea).

Shame on qj staff, ive sent a news with an interview (posted in the forums) of uberjack and no ones seems to care.
He's a great guy and hearing a point of view of a coder is always a good thing to know him a bit better.
