The iPLP for the PSP is an internet links page released by iorkara.

The portal's goal, as iorkara puts it, is to eliminate the need for messy and lengthy URL typing by compiling most of what you need into one website. Included are links to PSP forums, PSP wallpapers, video searches, music searches, popular links, e-mail and much more.

If the link you want isn't available among those there already, you can add it to the portal's top bar.
