By now, videogame retailers should have the Lemmings displayed in their racks/shelves. The cute yet always clueless creatures should have crawled their way to stores as they were officially released yesterday (May 23). Its arrival to the PSP would definitely give the classic "save 'em up" puzzle game a new and portable twist. The PSP version was developed by the guys at Team 17, the same company who developed the video game Worms.

And staying true to the essence of Lemmings, the gameplay is still the same. The game still puts players in charge of the little ones as they traverse the different stages with lots of obstacles that they should overcome to go on to another stage and more obstacles.

The PSP version of the Lemmings offers 150 different stages, 20 of which are exclusively for the PSP only. The game features updated graphics, new music, and a level editor wherein you can create your own crafty mazes that you can share with others.
