While professionalism has it that I reserve bashing the crap out of
things, Erik Estavillo is really asking for it. Let's face it, the guy
is on a suing spree from hell. Estavillo, more commonly known as "the banned
Resistance player that sued
Sony,
Microsoft, and
Nintendo", is now turning his eyes to
Blizzard, which is responsible for the evil moneymaker,
World of Warcraft.
To help make his case, he turns to Depeche Mode's Martin Lee Gore and
Winona Ryder - you'll know how that "makes sense" in just a bit.

While it's one thing to be updated with the theatrical launch of
Tron Legacy, details have been pretty scarce about its accompanying video game. Thankfully,
Spike TV ends the drought with an announcement - the
Tron Legacy game will be making its premiere at the Spike Video Game Awards this December. For now, let's help ourselves to this short teaser.

The
PS3 and
Xbox 360 versions of
Tekken 6 have only been in store shelves for barely a month, and the
PSP version is still
on its way -
Namco Bandai still has plenty of room for post-launch support and they don't have to stop at Cardboard Samurai Yoshimitsu. According to Tekken Lord
Katsuhiro Harada, it's very likely that they provide more DLC, and if they do, it'll be for free.

When it comes to the two newest gaming portables, it seems that
Nintendo walked a better path than
Sony. Sure, the target market may be
different in some respects, with the DSi being aimed to the elderly as well, but when it comes right down to it, the new DSi LL is
selling better than the PSP Go.

Looks like not all is well in the kingdom of PSP homebrew. And it
involves no less than two of the loudest voices currently in the scene:
mathieulh and
Freeplay. Over at our forums, mathieulh calls out
Freeplay for supposedly leaking the Mercury
exploit, when the code of
said exploit wasn't his to begin with. More of the unfolding drama after the jump.

Timbaland's
Beaterator taking on sub duties for these public schools. Hey, if you want street cred, that's it right there.

While those who've downloaded the new 6.20 have a new Digital Comics
Reader to try out, the rest of the pack are still a bit hesitant in
making the jump forward. You've read the official changelog, but it
appears that what
Sony didn't say out loud was that a previous
exploit
has now been patched. That said,
FreePlay releases the PSP Go exploit
that he's been working on, ensuing a new episode in the homebrew scene
drama.
