A new PsarDumper with KL4E/KL3E decompressor has been released for 3.80 firmware. The app is reportedly from _HellDashX_ but users are warned before using it as no readme or changelog was provided in the archive.

Anticipating the inevitable release of CFW for the PSP's 3.80 update, homebrew developer Coolj dropped by our forums to say that _HellDashX_ has released a Pandora Battery creator plugin for CWFs. _HellDashX_ has released a new build for his custom firmware, 3.73 HX-1. At first, he didn't release the latest build a few weeks ago for personal reasons. He finally gave in a few days ago and released 3.73 HX-1. This latest build added Dark AleX's MAC Spoofer.

Just a couple of hours after the PlayStation Portable firmware 3.73 was released on Sony Japan's official website, homebrew developer _HellDashX_  rolled out a new build for his custom firmware otherwise known as HX.
