UMD - Image 1 Bad, bad, bad news for PSP owners who are still thinking about getting the PSP Go. If you take the plunge and do buy one, you better hold on to your UMD drive-equipped PSP. That UMD goodwill program that Sony hoped to put in place has apparently been nixed.

Last Ranker - Image 1 Seems like Capcom is making sure they have a wide open chance to bring Last Ranker to audiences outside Japan. They've apparently filed for the game's trademark in both the US and Europe.

Sony's Sony Japan has just launched a teaser site called "3D" for what seems like another entry in the Yuusha no Kuse Namaikida series (the first game was released as Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! outside Japan) of insanely quirky dungeon management games.

PSP - Image 1 Sony's strategy for the PSP Go -- and to a certain extent, for older PSPs -- seems to target Apple's App Store directly. In the eyes of Sony Europe's head of developer relations, Zeno Colaco, they're not directly gunning for the App Store at all, but they will be doing things better by giving more support and visibility to developers.
