Developer TJcrazy has just launched the E-buddy Live Portal. This homebrew gives users an easy way of accessing the PSP-E-Buddy site from a Windows Live Messenger Portal. All in all, this is a pretty comprehensive portal which should make browsing much more fun. In case you get tired of messaging your friends, games and applications from the QJ Portal were transferred over including favorites such as PSP Simon, Roobix, Copter, and even Tetris. It also includes ICDraw, Image-viewer, a text file reader, and a Flash Media Player. This is the first version of the program and we can expect even better things from this project. TJcrazy has given word that he plans to release at least one more program at a later date. Installing and using the program is pretty straight-forward though it's still advisable to go over the documentation before doing anything. DAB-Hacker has informed us of something that he's been working on for quite some time now. The inspiration for his work came from a Flash player he saw over the internet though exactly whic player he failed to mention in the letter he sent us here over at QJ. What he didn't fail to mention however, was that the nameless player didn't quite work as well as he thought it would, so he took matters into his own hands. He took the thing apart changed the size and coding a little and shared it with us. Over here at QJ Labs, we think that we must give credit where credit is due, so to the nameless Flash player and author, that was the spark that fired up this whole thing, we tip our hats to you. Anyway, back to the matter at hand. DAB-Hacker says that he already resized it and was looking rather nice on his PSP. But, when the QJ crew tested it, using the Internet Browser, it was a wee bit off center. We suggest to make like a mini version of it, that would fit flush right smack in the center of the screen. One more thing that we'd like to see in your next release (hopefully) is a How-to on the application. Not only to guide new users, but to familiarize veterans as well. Looking forward to more updates! Download: [F.M.P (Flash Media Player) 2.70+] Discuss: [Forum Release Thread] |
