RPG Fan is reporting that a first generation PS2 title comes to the PlayStation Portable in the form of Shadow of Memories (aka Shadow of Destiny in US). Some eight years since its original launch on the PS2 in 2001, Konami is now expanding the game experience by making it portable.

Siliconera reports that Konami has recently filed a trademark for "Genso Suikoden" in the US. Yeah, it's for the Japanese series name, which kinda dilutes the possibility of an actual new game in the long-running RPG series. Still, the chance for another game is there.

Konami has released three semi-new screenshots from Kojima Productions' upcoming PSP title, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. I say semi-new since these are off the E3 2009 trailer. In any case, check 'em out after the jump.

Now that Final Fantasy VII's already out on the PlayStation Store, what's next for Sony's PSOne Classics service? Why, Metal Gear Solid of course!

I'm a huge fan of the Silent Hill series, especially the first one. Until now, Lisa's theme still breaks my heart whenever I hear it. That's why I was a bit skeptical about Konami going back and redoing the original Silent Hill. But you know what? It looks pretty damn promising. And we shall definitely be looking forward to Konami's presentation at the upcoming E3 2009. The company is hyping up their attendance by promising "surprise guests and revolutionary announcements".

Oh, he's feeling the pressure alright. Hideo Kojima, creator of the famed Metal Gear series, is admitting that he does feel the intense pressure from people for him to continue with it, even when Solid Snake has already been technically retired in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots .

And finally, this is really it! There's no stopping E3 now! The committee for the E3 Expo 2009 has now released the floor plans for the said event. Posted over at their official website are the layouts for the West Hall, South Hall, and the 2nd Level Directory. Details after the jump.

Not stopping at Tag Force 3, the next installment in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX franchise for the PSP has been revealed. Coming by way of the latest issue of V-Jump magazine, Konami's Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 4 is heading out for Japan. No details have been listed, but you can most probably expect all the gameplay elements in previous games to be intact here. More interestingly though, this latest game will now incorporate stages and characters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's series.

Something's a-stir from Konami as they sent out an email last night, teasing of a new site pointing to Kojima Productions. The email had a subject of  "T [minus] 3 days" and nothing else. Oh, save for a mysterious URL.
