Now they're truly your one-stop shop. 7-Eleven, the 24-hour convenience
store, has announced that they are dipping into the gaming business by
selling games in their branches. No, we don't mean those scratch-and-win types of games. Console ones. For real. Read up on it at the full article. |

Okay, so you've got your agenda finalized. What's the next thing to do? Why, it's to announce the All-Star Speakers, of course. Evergreen Events, the organizer of the 2008 ION Game Conference, has done precisely that. It's mentioned four important names to take note of. Find out who these four people are after the jump. |

We shared with you last month that Nexon's MMO video game Audition is being ported by T3 Entertainment to the PlayStation Portable platform as Audition Portable. Now, we've found a listing of this title over at online retail store Play-Asia and the important part of this all is that the game has no region protection.
Some of the noteworthy features of Audition Portable is its library of songs comprised of more than 100 different tunes as well as support for up to six players via network play. Speaking of which, there are also other exciting offerings for network play such as online ranking mode and downloadable contents (new songs, maps, and dance motions among others). The title is also packed with additional content like background images and other songs that can be transferred to your PC units. If you're the type of player who loves DJ Max Portable, or Dance Dance Revolution for that matter, then this game might be just what you are looking for. The Read link should take you to Play-Asia's product page for Audition Portable where you can order the game online. The site priced it for US$ 49.90. |

Nexon's Audition is a rhythm based game which is very much like Dance Dance Revolution. It was released in the U.S. last month with a revised soundtrack to cater to the "Total Request Live Demographic". What some don't know however, is that this game originated in Korea and was released there back in 2005. Audition Portable will be hitting PSPs in South Korea with a staggering 100 songs and multiplayer for up to six players via network play. There will be a downloadable content service for the game where players will be able to get new dance motions and songs to dance to. To those who are expecting the same "socializing" the online game has, we're sorry to disappoint you but this game won't have any of that. Hopefully, we'll be getting this game in the US since its pretty cool to "dance" with six of your friends in a multiplayer match. Still no word from Nexon but we'll be keeping you updated on this one. |
