We can now officially say that Bleach: Soul Carnival 2 will indeed be coming to the PSP, thanks to the confirmation sent out by SCEJ themselves. Scheduled for release this winter, Sony Japan's latest PSP offering hit the latest issue of Shonen Jump via scans.

Hot on the heels of last week's Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep scan from Famitsu which featured the addition of Lilo & Stitch, Shonen Jump also has their own Birth By Sleep scoop in the form of the PSP title's Japanese release date.

This Thursday, Japan will wake up to greet Namco Bandai's Tales of VS to sprinkle more joy onto their PSPs. But before that, Shonen Jump's latest issue dishes out one last barrage of info that's sure to get all you fans excited. This issue gives out the official announcement of a special website for players. What's it for? Why, for the "SP Battle", of course! And more, much more.

While the Japs await the September release of Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force 4 in their region, a scan from the latest Shonen Jump magazine reveals some more info for the upcoming title. Hit the link to find out what's in store.

Three more characters from various Tales titles are coming over to join in on the adventure in Tales of VS. Who could they be? You don't need to think about it long and hard. They are Kohak Hearts from Tales of Hearts, Farah Oersted of Tales of Eternia and Caius Qualls from Tales of Tempest.

In a week filled with industry news, we ended up with a rather sparse recap of the big PSP-specific news that graced the QJ.NET PSP blog. The PSP Go -- or rather, retailers who are feeling a bit miffed by Sony's decision to go download-only for the Go -- was there to pick up the slack. Thanks to Japanese magazine Shonen Jump, we finally gain a peek at the first screens of Bleach: Soul Carnival 2, at least via scans. Still carrying a TBA release date for Japan, and no word on whether it will even cross to Western shores, I say this is still a cool treat, especially for Bleach: Soul Carnival fans.

The Japanese mag Shonen Jump has provided more info on Bleach: Heat The Soul 6's different gameplay modes. Along with the new gameplay modes, new moves were also revealed for some of Soul Society's resident shinigami.

This is either one of the best things that could happen for a DBZ fan... or something that only nightmares are made out of. Apparently, the live-action Dragon Ball movie will get a PSP-exclusive game tie-in.
