The P-kara karaoke software and the MAPLUS Portable Navi navigation software was recently launched in Japan, we came across some of the details regarding the two software titles.

P-kara doesn't just let you sing along to songs loaded in to your PSP's memory stick, the software takes advantage of the effervescently named So-Net (we're thinking that's Sony Networks) ISP, and uses the PSP's integrated WiFi functionality to allow users to download or (more amusingly) stream tracks using their PSP.

P-kara comes with a headset microphone that should look like so:
