That's right, Assassin's Creed producer Jade Raymond and Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima went one on one in an interview. Unfortunately, they didn't talk about a cross-over between Altair and Solid Snake. They did discuss about game development, so check out the full article for more details. |

Adding to a starry lineup of game publishers and developers planning to arrive at the big Leipzig bash, Atari and Ubisoft will be tagging along with a good share of games to present at Games Convention (GC) 2007 exhibition. 360-Gamer reports that Paris-based Ubisoft will feature a line of promising games, while Atari will sport a few contenders of its own. Ubisoft's list includes heavy-hitters Far Cry 2, Haze, and Assassin's Creed, while Atari queues Alone in the Dark 5, The Witcher, Eternal Sonata, and Ace Combat 6 for guests visiting the stand. Also, Atari Germany will have Race 07, a well-known WWTC race PC simulator that may be compared to other racers in various platforms. The lists for both companies are as follows: Atari

Prince of Persia: Rival Swords

The game Prince of Persia: Rival Swords, developed by Ubisoft Montreal, has already been shipped for both the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation Portable. Rival Swords is essentially the sequel to Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within, and it features the same storyline and dark, gritty gameplay that Prince of Persia: Two Thrones possessed. The Wii version of Rival Swords uses the Wiimote and Nunchuk to perform various moves such as execute speed kills, and perform the Prince's acrobatics, while the PSP version of the game features bonus content like levels and, surprisingly, a multiplayer mode with chariot racing. If you want to pick up the game, it goes for about US$ 49.99 on the Wii and US$ 39.99 on the PSP. If you haven't had the chance to buy Prince of Persia: Two Thrones during its first release, or are simply a fan of the second game of the series, you should really check out this release and see if it appeals to you. |

It's up to team leader Leonardo and master Splinter to ensure the world's fiercest fighting team will be able to band together again to take out a certain evil plaguing the city of New York. Although both Sony Pictures Animation (under Sony Pictures Entertainment) and Sony Computer Entertainment both belong under the larger Sony umbrella, guess that they're not averse to some third-party outsourcing of film licenses. Happened before with SPE's Open Season (Wii, PSP, NDS, Xbox 360, PC), developed by Ubisoft Montreal, and it's happening again for the latest flick, Surf's Up.Surf's Up is the story of one guy's passion for surfing taking him into the high-octane world of competitive surfing. That the guy - and most of the characters - happen to be mostly penguins is just an incidental point in this mockumentary. This should make for an interesting surfing game. Wonder if it will be of extreme proportions... or if there will be rabbid cameos... (*WARNING* Bunnies Very Useful Scientific Facts #45-ish: Bunnies can't surf)
